Collabs FAQ's

What is the nature of the collaboration?

Creators can partner with us in two different ways:

1. Long-Term Partnership: You become an ongoing ambassador, promoting our products from time to time. You will receive a unique promo code, earn commissions on sales, and share discounts with your followers. This is managed entirely through the Shopify Collabs program.

2. One-Time Collaboration: A simpler arrangement where we send you a product once, and you share your experience with your followers. There are no ongoing commitments or commission structures here.

What are the discount and commission rates?

For creators partnering with us through Shopify Collabs on a long-term basis, we offer a highly competitive structure:
• You earn a 15% commission on every sale made using your unique link/code.
• Your followers receive a 15% discount on their purchase on our website.

How do product samples work?

Upon acceptance, we will send you a full-size product sample that we would like you to promote (e.g., Kitchen Hand Soap, Plant Care items, etc.).

If you are part of our long-term Shopify Collabs program and commit to continuously promoting Generosa, we will happily send you different products from our Home Care range over time to keep your content fresh and authentic.

What are your content expectations?

While you have the creative freedom to share content as you wish in your own unique voice, we do have a few core preferences for our partners:

• Video First: Our primary focus is video content. We strongly prefer creators to produce engaging Reels on Instagram or videos on TikTok showing the product in use.
• Tag as Collaborator: On Instagram, please invite our profile @generosanature as a "collaborator" on your Reels/Posts so the content appears on our feed as well.
• Bio Link: For long-term partners, we ask that you feature your Generosa promo code in your bio, linked directly to our website.

Is this a non-exclusivity collaboration?

Yes. The collaboration is non-exclusive and can continue as long as both parties are satisfied. The goal is a beneficial partnership, with your earnings tied to sales generated by your code, when partnering on a long-term basis. Patience is key as sales might take time to grow.
